Ruby Gin is distilled with local rosella flowers to give it it’s colour it’s got a slight floral kick, both gins won a silver medals in the London Spirits awards and are made in Yamba.
Juniper berries are the predominant flavour, but the makers have enhanced that with lemon myrtle and Clarence Valley botanicals to add a unique Duke spiciness, or a slight floral taste in the Ruby. (Perfection either way!)
