How to make a Passionfruit Lime Mojito
INGREDIENTS Makes 1
100ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Mount Gay Rum
10 Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
15ml Passionfruit Pulp
60ml Lemonade
Lime Slices
Optional: Fresh passionfruit to garnish
METHOD
Place pineapple juice, rum and 8 mint leaves in a blender, blend until mint is finely chopped.
Pour into a glass over crushed ice, add passionfruit pulp and lemonade, stir to combine.
Garnish with passionfruit seeds, mint leaves and lime slices. Enjoy.
