This is one of our new favourites, it’s inspired by an Espresso Martini (see the recipe below).

How to make an Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
40ml vodka
20ml kahlua
20ml espresso coffee (cold)
Ice
Dash of egg white
3 coffee beans or edible flower (garnish)
METHOD
Add vodka, kahlua, dash of egg white, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously, and then strain into martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans or edible flower.
Enjoy. This drink is a favourite at gatherings and parties.
