How to make a Limoncello Spritz
One of our favourite cocktails!
INGREDIENTS
30ml Limoncello
125ml Prosecco
Ice
Sliced lemon
Rosemary
Soda (A dash, optional)
METHOD
Choose a large balloon style glass.
Half fill each glass with ice.
Add Limoncello, Prosecco (soda is optional)
Stir with a long handled bar spoon, the garnish with lemon slice and a sprig of rosemary. Saluti!
