How to make a lemon myrtle G&T
INGREDIENTS Makes 1
45mL Ink Gin
Tonic water
Lemon myrtle sprig
METHOD
Place two jumbo sized ice cubes in a glass.
Pour over Ink Gin top with tonic water, we love Fever Tree.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of lemon myrtle. (We have one growing in a pot at our place, it’s the perfect garnish for cooking fish too)
