How to make a Lychee Martini
INGREDIENTS
45ml vodka
60ml Lychee Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Wonderfoam
Ice
Vanilla Sugar
METHOD
Rim glass with lime and dip into vanilla rim.
Add vodka, lychee juice (strained) lime juice, ice and 4 drops of Wonderfoam to a cocktail shaker. Shake,
and then strain into glass. Garnish with citrus round. Enjoy. This drink is a favourite at gatherings and parties.
